I’m delighted to announce that my long awaited CD of Meditations and Healing Techniques from my book “Finding the River” has finally been released today – Thursday September 6th.
Time and time again, I’ve been told by students and clients alike that they find my voice really conducive to helping them get into a meditational state and that being guided through meditations – especially when you’re a beginner – is incredibly helpful.
This is what convinced me that I should make this CD. Meditation doesn’t have to be difficult to do – especially when you’ve got someone on hand to guide you through the practise.
There are four tracks on the recording. The first one leads you through a complete meditation practice which involves the simple technique of breath awareness. The second track is a guided meditation which teaches you an inspiring way of feeling a part of everything by focussing on the wonder and awe of Nature. The third track shows you how to balance each of your Chakras, bringing great healing to all levels of your being. And the fourth and final track is a beautifully simple visualisation exercise to give you total relaxation and healing.
Those of you who have read my book will know that it’s peppered with various meditations and healing techniques, all of which have been taught at one time or another to students and clients and to those who have attended my occasional courses on meditation for beginners. It was impossible to put them all on one CD as I would have had to have recorded a double or triple offering! I have therefore chosen the ones which are the most popular – so they’re tried and tested – and I hope you like them, too!
